KFH expands commercial property division
27th November, 2012
Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, one of the Capital’s largest independent estate agents, has expanded its commercial property division. The agency has taken on an additional three senior staff members as it looks to further its commercial offering and drive new business leads.
The larger team, overseen by already established commercial director, Richard Cleminson, will seek new opportunities across areas including retail, industrial and offices. With an already heavy presence in South West and South East London, they will also look to secure further opportunities across the Capital and into central London.
Richard Cleminson comments: “A core part of our business plan for 2013 involves expanding our commercial property division and so it has been important for me to find and hire the best in the industry. Our team has doubled in size and with over 100 years of combined experience behind us, and working with some of the biggest names in the UK, I’m confident that we’ll be able to secure a bigger market share in the months going forward.”
The new appointments are:
Tim Buckle, Senior Retail Surveyor
Tim has spent more than 30 years working in the West End of London and specializes in the acquisition and disposal of retail properties. His wealth of experience involves dealing with major retailers including Café Nero, Sainsbury’s, Boots and Next.
Richard Sayer, Senior Commercial Property Consultant
Richard is a qualified surveyor with more than 30 years commercial property experience throughout the London area. He specialises in the acquisition, sale and letting of industrial and offices as well as development and investment opportunities.
Ben Kaye, Senior Commercial Agent
Having previously owned his own commercial acquisition agency, Ben brings over 16 years’ experience and covers all aspects of commercial agency specializing in the landlord and tenancy side of business on both the acquisition and disposal sectors. More recently, Ben has focused on retail and leisure acquisition of all class orders within Central London.
