At KFH we are looking for a facilities administrator to join our facilities team in Wimbledon.

Do you have experience in help desk environment? Are you experienced in facility management or looking to gain some experience in this sector? You will report into our Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities of a facilities administrator include:

  • Communicate with internal and external customers by phone, email and face-to-face maintaining company standards
  • Provide administrative support across the department including regular updating of systems, Fleet software, new branch openings, disaster recovery, DSE workstation assessments, walkthrough inspections
  • Handle overspill calls for the fleet helpdesk and switchboard
  • Provide cover for the reception desks as required to ensure visitors and callers are dealt with promptly.
  • Organise and manage the routine testing of security systems, fire and electrical equipment with the relevant third party service providers across the company’s premises.
  • Place and distribute weekly office stationery/corporate print orders as requested.
  • Maintain the branch key holders register to ensure it remains up to date
